Quick Brown Fox presents a coffee-forward flavour with significantly less sugar than traditional coffee liqueurs. It’s a dash of cinnamon instead that creates the exquisite marriage of coffee and spirit unique to Quick Brown Fox.
Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.
Using 100% organic arabica coffee from farms in Colombia, Sumatra, Peru and Timor - each selected for its unique attributes and cold brewed to extract the delicate range of flavours without the acidity.
For espresso martinis, coffee-driven cocktails and to add mouth-feel to sharper concoctions, Quick Brown Fox offers unparalleled depth and valuable versatility.
Best served neat, over ice or made into an espresso martini.

Nose:
Like opening the doors to your favourite coffee shop; freshly roasted coffee and a bustling caramel bouquet.
Colour:
A creamy double shot flat white, burnt crème brulee.
Palate:
Velveteen textures, layers of decadent cream and rich coffee. Hints of sophisticated bitterness and the signature subtle spice of Quick Brown Fox on the finish.

Like a fine whisky on the nose this barrel-aged, high-strength coffee liqueur boasts notes of rich chocolate, vanilla, charred toffee and a lingering spice on the finish.
Our exclusive Overproof Coffee Liqueur has been aged in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels, we cold-extracted 100% organic coffee and blended it with dark rum before resting it for 2 years in the cool climes of Dunedin.
The final product is a 50% alcohol liqueur that sips like a stiff whisky rounded out with the signature smoothness of our Quick Brown Fox coffee liqueur.
Best enjoyed over ice, it also makes for an exceptional simple serve when paired with a fine tonic water.

Flat White Martini
An indulgent elevated espresso martini featuring Flat White Liqueur
~ 50ml Flat White Coffee Liqueur
~ 30ml Harpoon Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate (or fresh espresso)
~ 30ml vodka
~ ice
~ cocoa powder or 3 coffee beans, to serve
In a shaker, add all ingredients.
Shake hard and strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or three coffee beans. SERVES 1
