Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere within New Zealand. Shipping is free on all orders over $80. Orders under $80 are charged a flat-rate fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We are not yet able to ship internationally. If you are an overseas bar, retailer or distributor interested in stocking Quick Brown Fox, please get in touch and we will point you in the right direction.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from Dunedin, usually within 1 to 2 working days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed late on a Friday will be sent the following week.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it leaves us.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within:

• North Island: 2 to 4 working days
• South Island: 1 to 3 working days
• Rural addresses: please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days

These are estimates from our courier and can vary during busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas.

Age verification on delivery

Our products contain alcohol, so all orders are sent as R18 deliveries. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to accept the parcel and may be asked to show valid photo ID. For this reason, we are unable to leave orders unattended or in a letterbox.

If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collection.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel from our door to yours. If your tracking has not updated for a few days, or your order has not arrived within the expected window, let us know and we will chase it up for you.
